Activity Level

Every day feels a little different, and your practice can too. Some days you might need a gentle, grounding flow; other days you may be ready to move with more strength and energy. Our classes are marked with water drops to guide you:

one drop for soft, calming practices in soft blue,
two drops for a balanced flow in sage green,
three drops for stronger, more dynamic classes in warm terracotta.
